By selecting Build-Shield™, you agree to the following terms regarding your product coverage:
1. Scope of Coverage
Build-Shield™ provides a one-time repair service for your product. Once a repair has been completed and the item is returned to you, the Build-Shield™ coverage for that specific order is considered fulfilled and is no longer active.
2. Service Value & Hourly Rates
Outside of the Build-Shield™ program, professional technical labor and repairs are billed at our standard hourly rate of $200 per hour. By opting into Build-Shield™ at the time of purchase, you waive these hourly labor fees for your single covered repair.
3. Shipping & Logistics
To keep the repair process efficient and cost-effective, the following shipping policy applies:
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our facility for service and the return shipping to the customer.
Discounted Labels: We provide a heavily discounted shipping label to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. The cost of this label will be billed to the customer at our internal commercial rate.
4. Exclusions
Build-Shield™ covers hardware or craftsmanship issues under normal use. It does not cover:
Intentional damage or cosmetic wear and tear.
Unauthorized third-party modifications.
Loss or theft of the item.
5. How to Claim
To initiate your one-time repair, please contact our support team with your original order number. We will then issue your discounted shipping label and provide detailed packaging instructions.
