Heat Wiring Explained:
On your stock steering wheel wiring:
For model with (2) 2-pin harnesses (one on each side of the wheel):
Left:
Black (Neg) Connect to black wire on new wheel
White (Sig wire) Connect to red wire on new wheel
Right:
Yellow (Heat return) Connect to thin red wire on new wheel
Green (Heat feed) Connect to thin red wire on new wheel
For harness with 4 pin connector:
Black: Ground, connect to black (Black on custom wheel)
Yellow: Signal Wire, connect to white (red on custom wheel)
Purple: heat return/neg, connect to yellow (thin red on custom wheel)
Gray: heat feed, connect to green (thin red on custom wheel)
On your new custom wheel:
Thin red: temp sensor (Heat feed/return)
Thin red: temp sensor (Heat feed/return)
Red: +
Black: -
