Do your products have a warranty?
All of our products include an industry standard 1 year warranty, though some products from manufacturers like Diode Dynamics and Morimoto include a 5-8 year warranty.
What is the difference between Flow Series and RGBW?
Flow Series LEDs can change to any solid color, pure white, plus hundreds of moving, multicolor, flowing patterns. Sequential turn signal/DRL startup functions are available with most of the bluetooth controller options.
RGBW LEDs can change to any solid color, pure white, plus several flashing/fading patterns. Flashing turn signals come standard with most RGBW products & controllers.

Where do your products ship from?
All of our products ship from the USA. Most products ship from our warehouse in Panama City Beach, FL though some select products ship directly from manufacturers or warehouses in Georgia, New Jersey, or Arizona in order to keep your shipping costs and delivery times LOW!
How long does shipping take?
Most in stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Transit times tend to be an average of 3-5 days.
Lead times for custom items, such as headlights, steering wheels, etc are as follows:
Grill Light Bars: 3-5 business days
Custom Steering Wheels: 4-6 weeks
Custom Headlights: 8-10 weeks (Can be longer or shorter depending on model)
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the related tracking number and link. You can also login to your customer account or SHOP app account to check order status (Confirmed, Shipped, In Transit, Delivered).
What is your return/cancellation policy?

AutoLEDTech.com's RGBW Flow Series LED 2 to 10 piece interior dash trim tube kit + footwell strip color changing lighting kit can change to any solid color, pure white, plus hundreds of moving, color-chasing, flow series patterns! This universal kit will fit any make or model vehicle that has a small gap between the interior panels that the tube tabs can be wedged between. The tubes are extremely thin (2.6mm) and can be cut/trimmed to your desired length as well. Extra strips can be purchased for $50.

Controller Options:
The Bluetooth controller is compatible with both Apple (iOS 8.0 or later) & Android(OS 4.4 or later) devices and features a complete static color wheel for seemingly endless solid color options, 200 sequential, color-chasing patterns, & brightness/speed control.
The BlueGhozt Lite 2.0 bluetooth controller is the newest controller to the flow series line up that allows you to create your own customizable addressable LED patterns and show modes, custom start-up/shutdown animations, custom turn signal patterns, NEW reverse light input trigger (create your own pattern/mode when you go into reverse), LED diagnostic, and board layouts. YOU CAN ALSO SYNC MULTIPLE BLUEGHOZT CONTROLLERS TOGETHER TO CONTROL ALL OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME! The controller has inputs/triggers for your vehicles startup/shutdown, turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights. The controller uses uses the Blueghozt app on your iOS and Android device.

Is this compatible with my vehicle?
As long as your interior trim panels have gaps where the lighting tubing can be inserted, your interior is fully compatible! Scouting your interior ahead of time is recommended - common lighting placements include between gaps along the front dash, center console, and door seams.
How is this installed?
This kit is installed by inserting sections of the lighting tubing in between the gaps of your vehicle’s interior trim. No adhesive is needed, the lighting can be taken out at any time (view our general installation guide attached below for reference). The installation procedures listed on the guide can be adapted to your own interior and personal desires.
How is this powered?
You will need to connect the + wire to a 12v power source (splice into wire, tap into fuse, relay, battery, etc). The - wire needs to be grounded(Frame bolt, bare metal, - battery terminal, etc)
What color is the tubing during the day?
Please note - the lighting is not intended to be used during the day, or in any bright environments. When off, the sections of lighting tubing appear completely clear and transparent, allowing them to blend in with the rest of the interior.
Can the lighting be dimmed?
Yes, in addition to color and lighting modes, brightness can also be adjusted on the mobile application.
Interior Trim Tube Ambient Light Kit Installation Guide:
Step 1: power your wire harness using any 12v positive and ground connection or use the included cigarette lighting power adapter (red to red and black to black)
Step 2: Install Lights in your desired area by pushing them securely into any gap or split in your interior. Use a squeegee or credit card to help fit the lights in tight areas. It is important to note that lights only bend one way so be sure to test keep this is mind when installing.
Step 3: Power each strip direct to the wiring harness using the included extension wire and be sure to hide wires as best you can.
Step 4: Open the app to control your lights!

My dealership initially purchased some other harness for 80 more dollars and it never even arrived… I ordered this harness from AutoLEDTech and it not only arrived, but it also worked! It looked like the original harness that came with my car, but modified (of course) to work with my scat pack and my SRT Airbag Assembly. After installing this new harness into my scat pack, not only the SRT logo on the horn lights up at night, but the horn still works and so does the heated steering wheel! 10/10 would buy from AutoLEDTech again!

17 mustang gt headlights are great and I can see twice as good at night love them thanks for a great product
I took a chance on these grill bar lights, and glad I did. There are many different styles and thought these were nicer. The installation is very simple and fit exact. The only problem I had was that one bar light went out after about a year. I let George know, and I purchased a single bar to replace the one that went out. To my surprise the money was returned to me and George sent me a new set along with a voltage regulator. That says alot about customer service. Me as a business owner knows about how bad news spreads like wildfire. Keeping the customer happy goes a long way. Of course there are limits.... I then went on to purchase the sequential switch back amber and white lights. They work great and look awesome. I don't think I would have purchased if it wasn't for the great service.

Its a much better wheel than what the car came with. Only improvement i could recommend would be some sort of instructions on hooking this up. Im sure thats a liability issue though but that would be my recommendation.
Fantastic product, added the hi flow drl boards and I must say I am ecstatic at the results. I actually installed these and the drl wiring on my own, very first time doing it and the installation instructions were perfect. Highly recommend
