The heat connector on the factory wheel will need to be cut off and connected to the new heat wires using butt connectors, soldering, or spade connectors.
Black: Ground, connect to black wire on custom wheel
Brown: 12V+, connect to red wire on custom wheel
Yellow: heat feed/return, connect to blue wire on custom wheel
Yellow: heat feed/return, connect to blue wire on custom wheel
On your new custom wheel:
Thin red: temp sensor (Heat feed/return)
Thin red: temp sensor (Heat feed/return)
Red: +
Black: -
